Austenitizing（奥氏体化）：金属热处理中的一道工序，指把钢/铸铁加热到形成奥氏体（austenite）的温度范围并保温，使组织转变为奥氏体，为后续的淬火、等温淬火（贝氏体化）、正火等处理做准备。（也常译作“奥氏体化加热”。）
