（法律）授权法；赋权法案：由立法机关通过、用来授予政府或行政机关额外权力的法案，常用于紧急状态、改革或特定政策的实施。在历史语境中也常特指1933年德国《授权法》（使内阁得以在很大程度上绕开议会立法）。
