Txtic - 0.9.0 又来了哈~

Txtic 新增了 carbon 命令，支持把选中的代码，一个命令，直接贴到 https://carbon.now.sh/ ，效果同 carbon-now-sh 插件。

因为 carbon 项目开源了： https://github.com/carbon-app/carbon ，可以自建，所以 Txtic 还支持了自定义 carbon 的 URL 。有需要的欢迎使用~ 🧒🏻
