知名行业大牛带领团队,国际化的薪资体系及标准。美国面试官面试,需要优良的英文沟通能力。 Operations Lead – Asia (Data & Labelling Operations)
About the Role
Our client is an early-stage, well-funded AI startup operating at the frontier of spatial intelligence and embodied AI. They build and supply high-fidelity, real-world spatial datasets that power the next generation of AI models for physical reasoning, navigation, and interaction. As Operations Lead for Asia, you will be the founding operational owner for the region — building data collection and annotation workflows from the ground up across a network of vendors and partners. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of data operations, quality assurance, and spatial AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end data collection and annotation pipeline across Asia, from vendor sourcing and onboarding to final delivery to end customers
Manage existing and new data collection vendor relationships across the region, including vendors in China (proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors and operational teams in China)
Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of BPO partners and labelling vendors to support annotation, quality review, and training tasks
Drive quality control processes to ensure that all labelled datasets meet precision and coverage requirements defined by end customers
Manage equipment logistics across field operations, including coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and tracking of device fleets used in the field
Build and manage an OPEX budget covering vendor costs, tooling, logistics, and headcount to support regional operations
Source or build labelling and annotation tooling to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
Develop operational forecasting and capacity planning models to anticipate data collection demand and resource requirements
Requirements
Proven experience managing field device or equipment fleets deployed across distributed teams or locations
Demonstrated track record in vendor sourcing, contract management, and ongoing vendor relationship management across Asia
Experience in operational forecasting and capacity planning, ideally within data collection, survey operations, or a comparable field-operations environment
Strong logistics management skills, including experience coordinating with 3PL providers and managing equipment supply chains
Proficiency in Mandarin, to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking vendors and operational counterparts in China
Experience building operational workflow tools or task management systems using AI-assisted development approaches (is a bonus)
Familiarity with egocentric or first-person data capture workflows (is a bonus)
Experience working with or sourcing geospatial data from external providers (is a bonus)
