Ubuntu 貌似可以支持低版本系统用高版本内核？

貌似可以在 Precise 12.04 上用这样的方法安装 Trusty 14.04 的内核，但是保持系统其他部分不变？

apt-get install linux-image-generic-lts-trusty

我公司我的测试服务器被我升级后重启进不了系统了.
在Recovery模式和旧内核下都正常.
卸载了也不解决问题.

linux发行版本应该都可以吧，毕竟内核这东西，只要保持接口兼容就没太大问题。我现在的环境是Debian7.5 + kernel 3.15，运行得很好。

12.04改过一次3.2，但是上了AMD开源驱动立马进不去系统。

是可以，但是非常不推荐。各种驱动问题，你遇上了就知道了。

一直可以～～～直接git下来的，make oldconfig && make -j4 && make modules_install
然后再把内核复制到/boot
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

1. ubuntu系统自己的软件更新一直提醒你各种xxx软件包更新，里面就包含了新版内核的。直接升级就是。
2.之前有测试自己编译的新内核，就是直接去替换系统原有的内核，这就是所谓的升级内核吧？
3.如果版本跨度大了，谁敢保证不出意外呢。

2, 别的系统基本也可以这样, kernel space和user space直接没有特别强的版本依赖
