软件需要为中英文版本的。虽然版本以中文为准，但是需要具备良好的英文阅读能力。

The Bale Tracking System allows cotton gins to record quantities of segregated Better Cotton procured from qualified cotton farmers, and produce Unique Bale Identification Codes (UBICs) to ensure that every bale of Better Cotton is identifiable. Operating the system provides confidence and traceability (up to gin level only) to the retailer and brand members of the BCI. In order to ensure that cotton gins in China do not need to duplicate the process of using the government-operated bale inventory system and the BCI Bale Tracking System, it is essential that the two systems can communicate with each other and avoids duplication of data entry into two different systems.
