C++ back-end Lead Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Be responsible for one or more reporting applications, design, build and maintain the application to meet the business requirements;
· Communicate with PM team and Service team on feature development and client support;
· Oversee and be responsible for the architecture of the applications, work with architect group to accomplish technical initiatives.
· Coordinating within and outside of the team to complete complex product feature or large scale infrastructure development on time with high quality.
· Lead and mentor technical members in the team, providing first hand performance review feedback to the manager of the team.
ABOUT YOU
· Solid programming skills and passion for elegant, well-abstracted, reusable code components; C++, Python, Go experience is preferred;
· Strong problem solving skills and quick learning on emerging technology;
· Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights;
· Solid understanding of distributed system concepts used in scaling big data technologies;
· Experienced on large-scale web, cloud and/or Big Data framework or applications (like Hadoop, Spark) is a plus;
· Fluent in speak, write, read English;

Ruby Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer
A principle engineer/architect in UI team will
· Design and build FW ’ s flagship products in high quality standard.
· Lead a team to analyze and solve business problem across a product line.
· Bring in best practices and control team ’ s code/design quality.
· Identify improvement needed in fundamental technical areas and lead the projects to implement it.
· Make team ’ s technical roadmap and plan to improve for aligning with business development. (required for architect)
· Mentor team members.
ABOUT YOU
· Capabilities of logical and rational thinking.
· Quick learner and good team worker.
· Strongly self-motivated.
· 5+ years ’ hands-on experiences on building and operating large scale web-based business applications including web sites, MIS, ERP, workflow tools etc., and experience on refactoring large legacy system is a big plus
· Solid knowledge and rich experience in multiple fields including JavaScript, JAVA, RoR, OOD, Database, Search Engine, and proficiency in Ruby on Rails is a big plus.
· Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
· Master ’ s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.

Senior Web front-end Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing UI of FreeWheel's core products
· Developing FreeWheel's front-end framework and component library
· Improving user experience of FreeWheel's product, cooperating with product managers
· FreeWheel provides you , and hope you can grow to a full-stack Web application developer
ABOUT YOU
· Bachelor and above degree, major in CS or related, more than 3-year experience in front-end development in internet or ERP industry
· Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Ajax, and popular frameworks, like JQuery, Bootstrap, etc.
· Proficient in JavaScript programming using OO design principles
· Skilled at building browser-based rich-client Web application
· Familiar with server-side techniques commonly used in Web application, like RoR, JSP, PHP, ASP, etc.
· Collaborative
· Fluent in both spoken and written English.
