Meteor 在国内无法安装包怎么办？

我使用的是阿里云服务器。是可以安装 Meteor 框架的，但在创建应用并 Meteor update 时，或者安装 flow-router 等包时，完全卡住，安装不了。

各位大神，请教如何解决此问题, 谢谢！

装 shadowsocks ， polipo ，然后 export http_proxy 和 https_proxy
设定 meteor npm install --cache-min Infinity --cache=~/.npm
