海淘经验少，只在美亚上购买过一个东西，是走转运公司寄过来的。我是不是把自己的邮寄地址也写成国外的就能在英国亚马逊上买了?

猜测会检测信用卡像 app store 一样注册别的区域账号需要 ip ，支付需要对应区域的信用卡认证不止是填地址就行
