和注册商折腾得焦头烂额之后，我突然发现可以试试直接求助 .name 的 registry：VeriSign，于是……

"thestral.name" from registrar hichina.com to name.com.
Since I've met a problem unsolvable to both sides of registrar, which
is the error "Transfer request was unsuccessful. Will keep trying.
Registry Info: 2303: Object does not exist", and I discovered this
error is related to registry, so after sending so many emails to you
two registrars separately, finally I tried to contact the registry of
".name", VeriSign. VeriSign told me that I should ask my registrars to
contact VeriSign directly.
Now I'm sending email to customer service teams of hichina.com (losing
registrar) and name.com (gaining registrar), at the same time. You can
know each other now, and help me to transfer my domain name, and if
necessary, contact VeriSign together.

exist”这个对双方注册商来说都无法解决的问题，而且我发现这个报错与注册局有关。所以在给你们两家注册商都发了那么多邮件之后，最终我尝试联系“.name”域名的注册局
VeriSign。VeriSign 说我应该要求我的注册商直接联系 VeriSign。
现在我向 hichina.com 和 name.com
的客服团队同时发送邮件。你们可以认识对方了，并且可以同时帮助我转移域名，而且可以在必要的时候一起联系 VeriSign。
