简单来说，就是你的instance运行的时间。如果只有一个instance，那么每天至少花掉24小时。

尽量降低 Application Settings ->
1. Frontend Instance Class 调制 F1
2. Max Idle Instances 调制 1
3. Min Pending Latency 调制 15s
