centos7 firewall 开启了端口，但是扫描还是显示关闭

如题，firewall 已经开启了端口，重启了 firewall，但是用扫描工具还是显示关闭~请问可能问题出在哪里呢？

@lcdtyph 监听了，我是添加了一个 ssh 端口，看过服务在运行的，后来查到是被 q 了~
