• 帮助项目负责人识别项目问题和风险，在软件交付和质量保证方面进行持续改进。

• 定期向负责人汇报重要需求和项目的进展情况。

• 为长期项目（至少 3 个月）服务，期间需要大量驻守客户办公室。

• Be responsible for more than one feature/project. Needs to be able to manage the process, risk adverse, issue discovery, cross-functional communication within the project lifecycle

• Be supportive to the development team, helping them the deliver the quality work by removing blockers.

• Report the project status to the project owner and stakeholders, and raise the risk and questions in timely manner

• Work on big projects that last at least 3 months. Expect to be working from the client office 4 days a week.

• 2 年以上互联网等行业经验，1 年以上项目管理经验；，熟悉智能终端设备、移动应用 App 等相关产品的业务流程、研发流程。

• 有具体 IT 项目管理理论知识和实施经验，具备良好的逻辑思维和快速学习能力

• 工作踏实，积极主动，具有良好的执行力和责任心，能推动项目团队朝目标前进；

• 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，既能够和产品技术团队良好沟通需求，又能和线下业务团队了解问题

• 有良好的英文阅读基础，能进行基本的英文沟通。

• 有 PMP 证书优先考虑

• More than two-year experience in Internet industry, one-year experience in IT project management. Familiar with the sales procedure, development process of Mobile application

• Have practical knowledge and experience of IT project management, and equipped with good logical thinking and ability to learn fast

• Be proactive to take responsibility and execute, pushing the project and the team move forward to the final goal

• Excellent ability of communication and collaboration. Need to be able to talk about the requirement in detail with product team and tech team, but also be able to discover more details by working with off-line team

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• PMP certificate preferred but not a must
