开了个Ticket收到回复, 没有看明白原因....有遇到过的人么?

开了个ticket和buyvm的人耐性的交流了好几次
首先是告知我有攻击的情况，要求停止我的service进行调查
然后我继续询问时， 告知我可以选择直接停止服务或者允许他们登陆我的服务器进行进一步调查
接着我选择配合调查， 并且详细说明了我的服务器上的常驻进程
然后几天后就告知我是被波及的， 但是密码过于简单， 要求我重装服务器并加强安全；没有别的惩罚。
总体而言觉得整个过程中Buyvm那边的行为非常Reasonable，沟通的响应也非常及时。
