岗位职责 / Job responsibility：

为 PingCAP 打造服务于“公司内部、社区贡献者、生态合作伙伴”的“三位一体”的工程能力基础设施，以及相应的研发流程规范和最佳实践，为公司的“高质量、高效率”交付打下坚实的基础。 PingCAP 工程效能团队 ( Engineering Efficiency ) 负责驱动和协助公司各个产品的工程效能提升，包括针对公司所有产品（ TiDB 、TiDB-Cloud 、TiKV 等）的 CI/CD 、代码扫描、制品管理、发布部署、环境管理等多个方向的工具和流程建设。 希望你对开源、工程效能有极致的追求！欢迎加入我们！

Build “3-in-1” engineering infrastructure for PingCAP employees, community contributors, ecosystem partners, and corresponding engineering processes and best practices. The Engineering Efficiency team of PingCAP is responsible for driving and assisting each product development team to improve engineering productivity, including CI/CD, static code analysis, artifactory, deployment, dev/test environment management for all products in PingCAP( TiDB, TiDB-Cloud, TiKV, etc.) We hope you are SUPER passionate about open source and engineering productivity! 任职资格 / Job requirement：

1. 计算机及相关专业，本科以上学历，三年以上互联网的开发经验；熟悉 k8s / ES / Kafka / Redis 等常用中间件；
2. 熟练掌握微服务架构下，分布式系统服务设计、API 设计和开发能力；熟练掌握 Linux 下 Go / Rust / C++ / Python /Java 中至少一种语言；
3. 了解行业领先的工程效能平台，比如 Jenkins / Tekton / Github / Nexus / Harbor / Sonar 等；
4. 具备良好的自我驱动力和学习能力，严谨的工作态度与高质量意识；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能与不同的业务部门分工合作;
6. [加分] 具有工程效能提升实战经验，具有工程效能平台的建设和落地经验；
7. [加分] 熟练的数据库 /大数据经验，比如 Mysql / Hive / Flink / TiDB / CRDB / Oceanbase / ClickHouse ；
8. [加分] 开源软件的工作经验。\n

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer science or equivalent, minimum 3 years experience in internet industry; must be familiar with popular middleware like k8s / ES / Kafka / Redis, etc.
2. Excellent architecture design, API design and development skills for microservice systems; must be proficient in one of the following programming languages: Go / Rust / C++ / Python /Java.
3. Familiar with at least 1 industry-leading CD tool, like Jenkins / Tekton / Github / Nexus / Harbor / Sonar, etc.
4. Strong self-driven and problem-solving skills, a strong passion for engineering quality and efficiency.
5. Good team player and communication skills, strong willingness to cooperate with teams inside and outside the company to accomplish goals.
6. [Prefered] Demonstrated ability on optimizing engineering productivity, experience in design, development, and promoting EP platforms and tools.
7. [Prefered] Strong experience in database or big-data platforms, like Mysql / Hive / Flink / TiDB / CRDB / Oceanbase / ClickHouse, etc.
8. [Prefered] Experience in open-source software
