岗位介绍

Core Responsibilities:

This position will play a key role in the China Digital Tech as BI product tech leader and lead 2+ team member working closely with our product manager in an agile way:

Fully engage in China Commercial Analytical product solution design and architecture, helping to provide thought leadership and support for all aspects of data and analytics across the LEGO China Market Group;

Identify, research, and resolve complex data quality issues to ensure the utilization of business intelligence applications and enhance business decision making capabilities;

Perform an assessment on all visualization and reporting requirements, design mid and long term solution for various dashboard & reporting (Web version and Mobile version);

Responsible for development and refinement of various dashboards based on established priorities;

Effective communication with business partners to understand their needs;

Coaches and mentors less experienced members of the team;

Translates technical constraints / trade-offs to people within non-technical roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science, statistics, business analytics, mathematics, econometrics, or relevant education with training on data and analytics.

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics field with superb designing sense and an excellent data story teller;

• 4+ years of hands on experience in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred and Customized Mobile Dashboard);

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics for retail/FMCC industry, specialized in marketing, CRM and membership, sales order;

• 2+ years of experience in leading small team to delivery data analytics product/project is preferred;

• Expert at developing reports & dashboard and PowerPoint presentations, capable of presenting in front of both technical and non-technical audience;

• Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills;

• Strong logical thinking capability and business sense;

• Experience of working with business team is preferred;

• Advanced in oral and written communication in English is a better to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and international collaborators.

• Proficient in English and Chinese in both oral and written.

And it will be nice if you have:

• Previous experience in design and develop digital analytics products in retail/e-commerce industry;

• Experience with Modern Data Platform Architecture and index system establishment and management;

• Good understanding in data governance concepts such as data standards management, metadata management, data quality management;

• Work with data owner/stewards to identify and remediate data quality issues or security risks, adhering to the data management standards;
