     disk), and will remove power to memory. The system will restore from disk image. If you want "hibernation" -
     slower sleeps, slower wakes, and better battery life, you should use this setting.

睡眠(休眠)以后拔电源, 再通电开机, 也能恢复状态对吧. 写入磁盘映像过程中指示灯有提示吗?

当然为了避免反复写入磁盘, 可以关闭自动睡眠.
