Flutter 向 pub.dev 提交 packages 问题求助

命令执行 upload ，弹出 auth 认证链接，进入链接登陆 Google 账户后开始陷入等待

最终提示

环境：macos terminal 和 AndroidStudio terminal

终端已走代理，curl www.google.com 没问题，不知该怎么办了，求佬指点一下
