今天突发奇想，把后台 app 全关了，然后刻意只保持 1-2 个 app ，好像卡顿变少了（也可能没有了），依旧很难受…不知道是系统原因还是手机硬件问题…

终于找到组织了！我还以为就我有这个问题，跟楼主描述的一模一样，14 Pro 16.0.3 。现在正在等 16.1 正式版 DFU 重刷一次。我习惯睡觉用潮汐放音乐，我发现这样做第二天起来手机会极其卡，导致我现在不得不每天起床强制重启一次，这种现象感觉像缓存被慢慢占满得不到释放。对了，我还试过还原所有设置和网络，并没有用，还触发了 1password8 Face ID 不能用的 bug…实惨…

我的 14Pro 也有这个问题，卡顿会在强制重启后有所缓解，但过段时间又会出现，感觉像是一种缓存慢慢被占满了，导致卡顿。但确实会有个体差异，我身边两个朋友也是 pro 没遇到过这个问题。
