用 golang 写个 webdav http 代理，然后按官方 limit 做个流控跑到 docker 里，可以比较完美的解决问题

绿联的 raid5 我记得是 lvm + xfs ，xfs 的删除特性决定着无法恢复原文件名和路径，如果要快的话，可以试试系统上手动重建 raid ，xfs 后，使用 https://github.com/ianka/xfs_undelete
