客服提供的文档说明来自页面底部的链接，用户切换个计费方式有空去找各种规则说明？况且那个拼团活动页面根本没有这个说明。
重要的是腾讯云工作人员回复承认「针对活动机器用户，切换至流量计费时未退代金券」是重复计费，既然他们知道这个问题存在，这明摆着恶意坑用户嘛？
