@anthoy #1 抱歉再次更正一下，是原告不在国内因此没有办法签字。而我本人因为法院流程太长且很快会离开这个城市所以没有办法起诉……不过据他所说，目前还有一位受害者正在走法院流程，我正在和他取得联系，感谢您的回复！

@anthoy #1 抱歉，发起起诉的不是我本人而是维权群中的其他人，因此我对此的描述有问题。重新询问当事人的描述，法院判决的下一步是被告签字后立案，但由于被告不在国内，流程就无法继续推进。
