@controlenter 我是看偏口鱼博士才减少水果的摄入的，主要的危害是果糖，他建议苹果一天最多吃半个，不要超量（ 200g ），而且如果要吃也是优先吃以浆果、柑橘类的水果。
另外，最近 Nature 一篇论文也揭示果糖更深层次的危害，果糖虽然在化学结构上几乎和葡糖糖相同，但是它的行为更像是激素： https://www.nature.com/articles/s42255-026-01506-y
