geosite:cn 走运营商 dns ，特定域名走阿里腾讯 doh ，其它走国外

我家电视不联网，mac mini 当机顶盒。浏览器装 adguard 屏蔽 webrtc ，视频软件用 little snitch 屏蔽 udp 。
本质只要屏蔽 udp 就能禁止 pcdn 上传
