放弃本地吧，agent 要模型能力支持的，本地只能玩玩 4bit chat ，真干活至少 FP8 版本起步，能玩得起的没几个。

能力不错，就是高峰期很慢，我现在一般白天用 codex 规划好内容，晚上让 GLM 框框干活。
