设置了199这个IP，学校的教务系统有时候访问不了，不知是什么问题。

昨天访问 mis.uic.edu.hk，直接到 V2EX DNS 的报错页面，但今天又可以了。

我们学校的网络有特定的 dns. 如果不用的话就会有一些问题, 就比如偶尔教务网站上不去之类的. 如果你们也有的话, 有没有尝试过设置学校的 dns?
