以前配置的环境，忘记有没有安装 jupyter 了。先在浏览器敲地址是空白的。然后我想应该是没装 jupyter ,于是就敲了 pip install jupyter,返回说我的 pip 版本低，要我升级版本，还给了段代码，但是我敲上去返回错误。
