windows 电脑，安装完 anaconda 之后，没办法启动 jupyter notebook 。 命令行输入启动命令之后就没反应了。。 有大神知道是怎么回事么？ 重新安装也不行。

楼上说的 ，anaconda navigator 装一下，里面可以按照 jupyter notebook,在那里装了以后，再试试在命令行启动看看

Windows 的话，打开 Anaconda Prompt，然后输入 jupyter notebook 命令。这样的话你能得到报错，然后贴到这里来，再向大家求助。

如果没有配置全局变量的话，记得你的命令行也必须从 Anaconda Navigator 里面启动
