社区运营经理
Community Manager

Here ’ s all we ’ re looking for:

－ Responsibilities
Monitor and moderate Glow Community activities
Foster good discussions and police bad behaviors
Help with user requests and troubleshoot user issues
Create daily content for Glow Community
Work closely with product team to develop new features based on user feedback

－ Must-haves

Bachelor ’ s degree or above
2+ years of experience working with customers or community management
Fluent English reading and writing skills

Senior Product Designer

基础要求
• 3 年以上互联网 /软件公司相关工作经验
• 优秀的沟通表达能力与产品设计能力
• 了解数据驱动设计(data driven design)。你的设计并非全部由数据驱动，但你需要理解其对产品的增长与粘性的影响
• 熟悉 iOS 和 Android 的设计和排版规范，负责产品视觉设计和交互设计
• 熟练使用 Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML/CSS

Requirements
• Ultra passionate about startups. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven product management or product design experience, ideally with consumer-facing products
• Able to integrate quantitative and qualitative data points in order to make effective product decisions
• Self-motivated, excited to lead projects--an aggressive go-getter

Bonus

iOS / Android 开发工程师

在 Glow ，做为一个创业公司的工程师，除了前端移动开发之外，你也可以了解完成服务器端的开发，甚至做数据分析或是运维部署。你会接触到很多的 Open-Source 工具和各种云服务。我们的目标是让这里的每一个人都成为全栈工程师。

基础要求
• 有丰富的 iOS / Android 开发经验
• 扎实的编程基本功，包括算法与数据结构等
• 除 ObjC / Jave 之外，至少了解一种服务器端动态语言， Python / Ruby / NodeJS / Clojure 等等
• 较强的英文能力，尤其是读写

加分项
• 全栈工程师就是你！
• 有 Python 开发 web / mobile app 经验
