我电信 500m 也是，上国内网页有时候会特别卡甚至打不开，dns 和 ipv6 啥的都试了。平时用的是 shadowsocksr，本来谷歌搜索到可能是版本问题，https://github.com/shadowsocksrr/shadowsocksr-csharp/issues/357 。但是换了软件版本还是不行，后来干脆换联通 500m 了，目前没有问题了。
