跟我家真有点像，我对象也是博士毕业在外企药厂上班，Principal Scientist ，平时工作就是对接供应商的各种 study ，回家就是吐槽各种公司政治
从我角度看他们公司虽然头部但挺烂的，没多少 science 都是挖人矿，压榨供应商。。领导也基本都是大她 10 岁早期进来蹭上风口的。反正这班就上得挺累的
现在情况就是家里不差她那点工资，但阻挡她的职业路线也不是太好，比较蛋疼。。
从我角度看他们公司虽然头部但挺烂的，没多少 science 都是挖人矿，压榨供应商。。领导也基本都是大她 10 岁早期进来蹭上风口的。反正这班就上得挺累的
