大概的路子就是，在大公司里多关注流程、标准、管理类的内容，然后跳到中型公司里做管理，再借助中型公司的管理经验，进大公司做管理，这是发展和涨薪最快的路径。

没有 2n 的说法，试用期被裁也是 n+1 或者 n+提前一个月通知。
不过，你都提了离职单了，还要个蛋的补偿啊。。。
P.S 试用期一般不会超过 6 个月，2n 顶多是 1 个月，n+1 是 1.5 个月，所以不管是依法还是依理，都应该主张 n+1 而不是 2n 啊！
