作为同龄人，我的体验是工作有飞轮效应。

一旦被牵扯进项目中，就很难全身而退，leader 和同事会各种推动，不是想停就能停的。

当然前提是自己具备责任心和上进心，这也是现在大部分公司招人所看重的点。

自己不喜欢这种无法自拔的感觉，就像望着胡萝卜的牛马一般为了钱停不下来。

然而也没有选择长期赛道的实力，裸辞了换来自由的代价是无业，我觉得也很河狸…
