内化污名：指个人把社会对某种身份、特质或经历（如心理疾病、性取向、疾病史、贫困等）的负面刻板印象与偏见“吸收进内心”，并用于评价自己，从而产生自我贬低、羞耻、回避求助或隐藏身份等心理与行为反应。（也常称 self-stigma 自我污名。）
