感觉很多朋友点进来只看到年纪大不被安排面试之类的，但是我关心的点是年龄差引起的沟通障碍😮💨，那些反应很激烈的回复，你们真的在考虑我的问题是我这个年纪招大龄下属么，还是单纯的就想喷我两句不给人面试机会？
